I’m here to offer presence – as a companion, a guide, a witness.

When I look back at my own journey, I didn’t walk it alone. There were companions who walked alongside me, offering their presence. And there were guides who saw in me what I couldn’t yet see in myself. One of them — my coach — helped me rediscover poetry. He used to say that in Aikido, if you want to become an expert, you must teach. There is something beautiful in passing along the flame you’ve received.

Now, I find myself here — offering to walk with those who are called to grow, to question, to transform. Whether as a companion, a guide, a witness — or all of them. Becoming isn’t always easy. But it is sacred. And sometimes, having someone by your side makes all the difference.
